Situated about 35 kilometers from Tagbilaran City in Bohol, the Sagbayan Peak Water Park is a tourist destination that is gradually getting the attention of the islands’ visitors. Their facility, which includes a uniquely-designed swimming pool and clubhouse, is a perfect place to hold a Sunday bonding with the family or even held parties and special events.
The Sagbayan Water Park in Bohol is a child-friendly park, which has a security personnel and lifeguard on-duty during open hours. It has a small restaurant that offers native and foreign dishes but you can also opt to bring your own food without an extra charge.
The entrance fee of P50 per person is a decent rate because you can already enjoy the facilities inside this water park the whole day. Sometimes there is a free iced tea, possibly during weekends. The management of Sagbayan Peak Water Park makes sure their area is clean and well-maintained, to encourage the visitors to talk about the park to their friends. Be sure to bring souvenirs, which include preserve butterflies, pins and glasses, to remember your trip.
Outside the park is one of the main tourist attractions of Bohol – the Sagbayan Peak, which I am going to blog in a separate web page. It offers a panoramic view of the awesome Chocolate Hills and the park is decorated with statues of cartoon characters and famous celebrities.
For those of you who are planning to go to Bohol, Sagbayan Peak is only 45-minutes from the city. You can hire a motorcycle or van at a nice rate and you will surely enjoy the park as well as the view of the wonderful natural creations.
