Catarman Coral Dive Resort is a beach resort located in Punta Puti, Catarman, Camiguin, Philippines. It is in the southwestern part of the island and is 30-40 minutes away from the northern beach resorts such as Paras Beach Resort and Caves Dive Resort which is sometimes confused as Catarman Coral Dive Resort.
Similar to Bahay Bakasyunan sa Camiguin, Catarman Coral Dive Resort does not want to belong to the northern beaches so they can be distinguished. Staying in the resort is worth relaxing without worrying from any unwanted disturbances from all other beach goers. Although, the beach at Catarman Coral Dive Resort is not very inviting because of its rocky features, they still continue to boast the clean waters and their stress-free surroundings.

Located 20 meters away from the beach front is a wonderful coral reef that entices both adults and children for a snorkeling or diving activity. It’s crystal clean deep blue waters makes it more fascinating. Staying in-love with the sea wonders of Catarman Coral Dive Resort is one of the things guests will remember.

50-60 minutes away from the Port of Balbagon, Catarman Coral Dive Resort is one of the best “value for money” resorts in Camiguin. It has very accommodating crews as well as very tidy rooms. Room Rates starts at P800 which is already good for 2, with hot and cold shower, a TV and it is fully air-conditioned.
Standard rooms with free breakfast good for 2 are at P1100. Other rooms are priced at P1500, P2000, P2300, and P3000 depending on the size and the location of the room (if it is an ocean view or not). They have a function room which can accommodate up to 60 people for meetings, seminars and other events. Parts of their amenities are a restaurant, bar, billiards, table tennis and dart. They also provide airport/seaport transfer, island tour and scuba diving.

we stayed here for 3 nights and 3 days, the place was awesome i should say and the staff was very accomodating and very warm, they always tend to our needs in the resort. The mayor of CATARMAN camiguin ( Mayor Botoy Jacot) always comes to this place and i thought that this place must be that good co’z he was always there but sad to say the mayor of catarman was always there just to get drunk almost everynight he must be a habitual drinker but had no problem with it until he tried to harrassed the son of my cousin to think that he harassed a child and my son was also there to and he pointed my husband as if it was pointing a criminal while my husband was easting and to think he didn’t even try to approach him in a nice manner while his friend told my husband to go back to his room co’z he might to do something to my husband. I knew of this incident the next day and to think the mayor is a a good friend of my aunt and he did that to us, what more can he do for a guest a visitor or even a no one for that instance. It made me think that the island itself is a paradise but the people in it are from hell to even harrass children. To the owner of coral dive Mr. roldan, please do something about this, I’m the grand daughter of Mrs. Seria Uy, niece of Mrs/ Leona Bala and Mrs. Lina Luy and daughter of Mrs. Melinda Uy Go. please do something about this before anyone is hurt at your resort. thanks.

I don’t know if your claim is true or not and I don’t know if you are the real Jeniffer jean Go Arenas. If you are saying the truth, I suggest you talk or email directly to the authorities (resort owner, police, governor) about this. Or better yet, file a formal complaint to the ombudsman. Posting negative comments on blogs wouldn’t be that beneficial and the resort owner may not even read about it.
