Introduction to Scuba Diving at Pearl Farm Resort

Do you ever wonder how it feels like to breathe underwater? Do you want to learn the basics of Scuba Diving? The Introduction to Scuba Diving is perfect for you. The good thing about this very short course is that you do not need prior experience and 10-year-old kids can try the program.

The Introduction to Scuba Diving at Pearl Farm Resort is similar to the PADI Discover Scuba Diving Experience. This is a short program for those who simply want to have an experience and not go through the rigorous certification course. This program can be done in a swimming pool, in a shallow beach or from a dive boat or platform. Only certified PADI instructors are allowed to train and let you experience the Introductory Program that lets you know what it takes to explore under the sea.

Mark underwater (Intro to Scuba Diving)

You must be in good physical condition to try this introductory course. Basic safety instructions and skills needed to dive underwater will be explained prior to the first dive. For dives in the open water or sea, you will start in the shallow water first before going to the deeper area to avoid possible untoward incidents. Being able to swim is an advantage but not necessary. You will be able to use the complete scuba equipments and gears including the mask, fins, snorkels, regulator, tank, buoyancy control device & dive gauges once you enroll in the Diving Course.

It will be easy to move underwater with your full gear on as long as you follow the techniques. Breathing underwater will be hard within the first few minutes but once you get the hang and feel of it, breathing will be straightforward. Scuba Diving is about exploring around the seabed and being intimate with the sea creatures – and that is what makes the experience special. Becoming a certified diver through the PADI Open Water Diver course is a good thing to do anytime you are free and you have the money to pay. Most well-known resorts and beaches (notably in the long white sand beaches of Boracay and Panglao) have PADI Dive Centers. You can sign up, start your course and explore the wonders of the deep sea.
