The Wishing Hole in Boracay

Located on the western side of Boracay Island in Newcoast, Barangay Yapak, the Boracay Keyhole Rock Formation has recently garnered fame. This stunning rock formation faces the Sibuyan Sea and is surrounded by turquoise waters. When the sky is blue, the opening in the middle of the rock formation gives visitors an even more picturesque view, perfect for travel photos. Some believe that dropping a coin in the ocean near the keyhole allows you to make a wish.

The Boracay Keyhole Rock Formation becomes crowded during peak seasons of March to June. Taking the public transport can be a bit challenging too. Taking photos on the best angle can also take time as the line becomes very long for some reason. Those who chose to just take a picture of the area can just simply go directly near the borders where stanchions are posted.
